Where is my booking receipt or itinerary?

If you’ve booked and paid for your vacation online but haven’t received a receipt by email:

  • Check your junk or spam folder as it may have dropped in there by mistake
  • Have a Gmail or Googlemail account? The email may be listed under another tab
  • Make sure you are checking the right email account

If you think you’ve booked using an incorrect email address that you can’t access - please get in touch.

 

View your booking online

You can also view the details of your booking through your Rental Inbox.
