If you sent a booking request:
They have 24 hours to respond to your request. Sit tight and you’ll find out soon whether they can accept the booking.
If you e-mailed the owner/manager:
There’s no time limit for them to respond. However, we recommend that all property owners/managers reply within 24 hours.
