In the majority of cases, the owner/manager of the property you’d like to book – or have already booked – will be able to answer your question. If you haven't booked yet, you can send them an email through the form on their listing.
If you’ve got a confirmed booking, you can log in to your Rental Inbox by entering the email address used to book and your password. Here you can:
- View your booking information
- Contact the owner/manager
- Pay for your trip
- Cancel your booking
- Change your dates
- Find more information about your property/check-in/how to get there
You can log in to your account for help with managing your properties and bookings. Here, you can also access the owner help centre by selecting the ‘?’ next to your name in the top right corner. You can also ask Ollie, our helpful action bot!
