I’m concerned about my booking due to recent events – what should I do?

If you’re concerned about your booking due to events that have recently occurred, we’re here to help and you can contact us at any time.


We also recommend you contact the property owner or manager. They’ll be able to give you the latest updates about your destination. You can do this through your Rental Inbox - make sure you have your booking reference (e.g. BR12345678) to hand.


What if I can’t reach the owner?
