My hotel is listed in the wrong location – how can I fix it?

In order to provide the most accurate information possible to travellers, TripAdvisor strives to list all accommodations, restaurants and attractions in the actual physical footprint, so listings cannot be moved to a different town than where they are physically located. Our policy is to place a listing in the most specific destination possible.

That said, if you believe your accommodation is listed in the wrong location, you can notify our editors by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Management Centre
  2. Click on the "Manage Listing" section
  3. Select the 'Listing Support' tab on the left-hand side of the page and click the orange 'Report Closure' button

Please note: Location changes require investigation by a member of the TripAdvisor Listings team.  This can be a lengthy process and will take several working days, so please don’t submit the same request multiple times as this will delay your original request.
