Why am I not receiving e-mail responses?

We digitally sign our e-mail correspondence. If you are using a Microsoft e-mail service (such as Hotmail, Outlook or Office365) and you are forwarding that e-mail to another e-mail service (such as Yahoo, Facebook or Gmail), then our responses may be damaged during forwarding in a way that makes them undeliverable. This is a known issue that Microsoft is actively working to fix. In the meantime, please check your old mailbox or contact us directly from your new e-mail address.
