Any refund depends on the cancellation policy for that booking. Go to your Inbox where you can view the cancellation policy and see if you are due a refund.
The owner chooses their cancellation policy, so if you have any questions or would like to discuss a possible refund with them, you can do so through your Inbox. Please note that any refunds outside of the cancellation policy are entirely at the owner or property manager’s discretion.
Didn’t book online? If you paid the property owner/manager directly, they will process any refund due. Contact them for details.
