Why am I not receiving email responses?

We digitally sign our email correspondence. If you are using a Microsoft email service (such as Hotmail, Outlook or Office365) and you are forwarding that email to another email service (such as Yahoo, Facebook or Gmail), then our responses may be damaged during forwarding in a way that makes them undeliverable. This is a known issue that Microsoft is actively working to fix. In the meantime, please check your old mailbox or contact us directly from your new email address.
