Why was my booking request declined?

The most common reasons for a supplier to decline your booking request are either that the tour has no availability left, or because they do not feel they’ll meet their minimum numbers in order to operate the tour.

In either case, we will notify you as soon as we receive word from the tour operator to allow you to plan.

Booking requests declined by the Tour Operator are not charged to your credit card. However, if you had other items in your Shopping Cart, and this is the last one to be finalized, then your card will be charged for any tours or activities that have been confirmed.
