Unfortunately, if the balance isn’t paid by the date specified in our reminders, the booking will automatically be cancelled.
Please note: as outlined in the owner’s Cancellation policy, your booking deposit will not be refunded if you don’t make the balance payment on time. You can see the cancellation policy details in your Rental Inbox.
If you still want to stay at the same property, contact the property owner/manager via your Rental Inbox. They will send you a new quote in order to rebook.
