My flight has been cancelled and I can't go on my holiday. What should I do?

If your flight was recently cancelled and you can't reach the destination of your holiday, we suggest the following:

  • contact the owner of the property you've booked before cancelling your booking

  • if suitable, check if the owner can move your holiday to different dates in the future

If moving your trip to different dates is not possible, you can contact us to discuss your options.
