How can I remove one of my photos or videos?

If you are a reviewer and want to take down a photo or video you submitted, please visit the support page

  • If you notice a problem with another member's photo, when viewing the photo, click the flag icon in the lower corner and select the reason you think the photo should be removed.

If you own or operate a business listed on our site and you'd like to delete an outdated or incorrect photo or video of your business, you must first identify where the photo/video came from:

  • Uploaded by management, including primary photos: please go to the Management Center and select the Manage your listing tab.
  • Hosted on a partner site (Expedia, Orbitz, etc.): please contact that website directly as we can't change your photos or videos from partner sites.
  • Submitted by a traveler: if the photo or video depicts an experience at, near, or around your property, we cannot remove it. If the photo or video depicts a property other than yours or violates our guidelines, when viewing the photo, click the flag icon in the lower corner and select the reason you think the photo should be removed.
