Need to add a traveler, change the date, or make another adjustment? Not a problem! In most cases, you can change your booking up to 3 days before your activity. However, please check the “Terms and Conditions” section of your voucher for the detailed policy for your specific activity.
To request a change to your booking:
- Click on the Manage My Booking link in top right corner of the Viator.com website.
- You will be asked to login to your Viator.com account.
- Find the booking you need to adjust.
- (Hint: click on the + icon next to the itinerary number to see all bookings in that itinerary.)
- Look for the Manage Your Booking box under the booking you wish to amend/cancel, click the dropdown, select the type of change you want to make, and provide all the details requested.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your change request has been completed.
